Players take turns controlling their superhero characters, moving them around the city to rescue civilians and battle villains. The game features dynamic gameplay with various challenges and events unfolding throughout each round.

Setup

Place the game board on a flat surface, ensuring all players have easy access
Each player selects a superhero character token and places it on the designated starting point
Shuffle the villain cards and place them face down in a stack.
Randomly scatter civilian tokens across the city spaces on the board.
Determine the starting player, typically the one with the closest birthday.

Gameplay Rounds:

The game is played in rounds, with each round consisting of each player taking a turn in clockwise order.
On your turn, roll the dice to determine your movement points. The number rolled indicateshow many spaces your superhero can move.
Move your superhero token across the city grid, rescuing civilians by landing on the same space as their token. Each rescued civilian earns you points.
Be cautious of villain tokens scattered across the city. Landing on a space occupied by a villain triggers a battle sequence.

Battle Sequence:

When engaging a villain, draw a villain card from the stack to determine their strength and abilities.
Roll the dice to determine the outcome of the battle. Higher rolls may result in defeating the villain, while lower rolls could lead to damage to your superhero.
If defeated, collect a reward as indicated on the villain card. If not, your superhero may suffer consequences, such as losing a turn or losing points.

Special Events:

Throughout the game, special events may occur, such as disasters or reinforcements. Follow the instructions on event cards drawn during gameplay.

Scoring and Winning:

The game ends after a set number of rounds or when all civilians have been rescued.
Tally up your points earned from rescuing civilians and defeating villains.
The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins the title of the ultimate superhero!
